• Account Information: When you create an account, we require you to provide your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and Email Address.
• Optional Profile Picture: You have the option to set a profile picture. You can provide this by either uploading a photo or taking a new one using your device's camera. This picture is stored on our servers.

B. Information We Collect Automatically

• Usage Data: We collect data about your interaction with the App. Specifically, we track your video watch progress (i.e., how much of a video you have watched). This data is saved on our servers.

C. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or access any other personal data from your device. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Precise or approximate location data
• Health or fitness data
• Contacts or call logs
• Financial or payment information
• Messages or photos (other than your optional profile picture)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Manage Your Account: To create your user account, authenticate you, and allow you to access the App.
• To Personalize Your Experience: Your optional profile picture is used to personalize your profile within the App.
• To Track Your Progress: Your video watch progress is used to help you track your learning and resume videos where you left off.
• To Improve Our App: We analyze usage data (like video progress) internally to understand which content is engaging and to improve our App's features and content.
• To Communicate With You: We use your email address to send you important service-related announcements, security alerts, or support messages.
• To Ensure Safety and Compliance: We use your Date of Birth to verify your age and ensure compliance with our terms and legal obligations, such as the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

All information you provide (name, email, date of birth, optional profile picture) and all data we collect (video watch progress) is stored securely on our servers. This data is accessed only by Gospel Learning Org, Inc. for the internal purposes described in Section 3.

The only exception to this policy is if we are required to disclose your information by law, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process.

5. Data Storage and Security

We take the security of your data seriously. We store all collected information on secure servers and implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect it from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We will retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you choose to delete your account, we will take steps to delete your information from our active databases, subject to any legal or operational requirements to retain certain information.

• Profile Picture: You can add, change, or remove your optional profile picture at any time.

When you delete your account, your personal information and usage data will be permanently removed from our servers in accordance with our retention policy.

8. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We use the Date of Birth provided at sign-up to verify age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take immediate steps to delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
